Bet339 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Player Agreement

By accessing or using any part of the bet339 platform — whether through our website, mobile browser or any application we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not register an account or place any bets or wagers at bet339.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bet339 regarding your use of the platform. They take precedence over any verbal or informal communication from any bet339 employee or representative. Specific promotions or game types may carry additional terms; in the event of a conflict, the specific promotion or game terms will apply to that context, and these general terms will govern everything else.

These terms are written in English and governed by the laws applicable to our operating jurisdiction. Translations may be provided for convenience but the English version is authoritative in any dispute.

To register and maintain an account at bet339, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet339 strictly prohibits underage gambling and we conduct age verification checks during registration and at withdrawal stage.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number and current contact details.
• You may hold only one bet339 account at any time. Duplicate or multiple accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances obtained through multiple-account abuse.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of bet339 or any of its associated companies or game providers.
• Your account must not be used on behalf of any third party. You are the sole user of your bet339 account and are fully responsible for all activity carried out through it.

Bet339 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity at any point, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in account restriction until the documents are received and reviewed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet339 login credentials. You must never share your username, password or OTP codes with any other person under any circumstances. Bet339 will never ask for your password through any communication channel — if you receive a message claiming to be from us asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@bet339.im immediately.

You should use a strong, unique password for your bet339 account and update it regularly. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team at once. Bet339 will investigate the matter and assist you in securing your account, but we cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of you sharing your credentials or failing to keep them secure.

• Use a password you do not use on any other platform.
• Never log in through public or shared Wi-Fi without a VPN or secure connection.
• Log out fully after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Enable any additional security features offered within your bet339 account settings.

Bet339 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. No third-party or international payment processors are used for standard transactions.

Deposits are credited to your bet339 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. No upper deposit limit applies for standard accounts, though verification may be required for large single deposits above Rs 100,000.

Withdrawals are processed once account identity verification is complete. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Bet339 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash; bank IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes; card withdrawals up to 3 business days depending on your bank.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Bet339 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with your provider.
• If your bonus balance is active, the withdrawal conditions applicable to that bonus will apply. See Section 5.
• Bet339 reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously withdrawn.

Bet339 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. Every bonus is subject to the specific terms stated at the time it is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and validity periods. These terms must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirements represent the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be turned over Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The specific multiplier varies by promotion and will always be stated clearly when the bonus is awarded.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, per household, per device, per IP address and per payment method.
• Bet339 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to amend bonus terms with advance notice.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that are later found to have been made fraudulently — for instance, to exploit bonus terms through low-risk arbitrage or collusion — will be voided and the bonus forfeited.
• Bonus validity periods are stated in each promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from accounts without further notice.
• In the event of any dispute about a bonus or promotional offer, the decision of the bet339 management team is final.

All bets placed on the bet339 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, tournament or event in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant betting rules. General principles are as follows:

• Bets are accepted only when confirmed by the bet339 system. An unconfirmed bet is not a valid wager regardless of any displayed selection.
• Once a bet is confirmed and the event has started, bets cannot be cancelled except under the specific circumstances described in the Cash Out rules where that feature is available.
• Bets are settled using the official results published by the relevant governing body — ICC for cricket, FIFA/UEFA for football, Riot Games for Valorant, etc. In the event of a verified error in our settlement, bet339 will correct the payout accordingly.
• If an event is abandoned or voided before the minimum required time or number of overs/rounds, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bet339 reserves the right to suspend a market or void bets if there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match-fixing suspicion or an obvious pricing error.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. One voided selection may be removed from the acca and remaining legs resettled; the payout is recalculated accordingly.

Bet339 provides a range of online casino products including RNG slots, live table games, fishing games, Ludo and baccarat. All RNG-based games use independently tested random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Average Return to Player percentages are available for each game in the game's information panel.

Live casino games are conducted in real time by professional dealers in monitored studio environments. All live game sessions are recorded. In the unlikely event of a disputed outcome in a live game, the recorded session will be reviewed by our operations team and a decision made within 48 hours. During a technical disconnection from a live game, your position and any open bets will be preserved by the game server; any bets affected by a genuine technical fault will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's stated rules.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed in the game interface before you play.

• Progressive jackpot amounts shown are live figures updated from the game provider's server. Any discrepancy between displayed and actual jackpot will be resolved in favour of the figure confirmed by the provider's system at time of win.

Bet339 is committed to providing a safe betting environment. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable entertainment activity and never become a source of financial or emotional distress. As part of this commitment, we provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much PKR you can deposit. These take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any tool that makes bets without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, data feed errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to clear bonus wagering with minimal risk, or coordinating with others to abuse referral programmes.
• Attempting to launder money through the bet339 platform. Bet339 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting.

Confirmed cases of prohibited conduct result in account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities. Bet339 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual patterns continuously.

Bet339 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Brief periods of maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occur. Bet339 will not be liable for losses resulting from system downtime, internet connectivity issues on your end, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Bet339's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all types of losses including loss of data, loss of opportunity and indirect financial losses.

Bet339 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions. By registering at bet339, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

In summary, bet339 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and — where you have consented — send you promotional communications. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@bet339.im. Please note that some data may be retained for legal compliance periods even after account closure.

Bet339 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the bet339 platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Minor changes — such as correcting typos, adding clarity to existing provisions without changing their meaning, or updating contact details — may be made without prior notice.
